Foreign Accents, an automotive service and repair facility, has an very high volume of data being produced on a daily basis. Their entire business operates off a technology backbone from customer accounts, service tracking, networked technical guides, and work scheduling. While they had operated for many years with their existing systems (which we also provided many years ago), it was time for a major upgrade to ensure their business was operating efficiently.

Some of the solutions we provided were:

• Network Security : Implementation of a firewalled network with packet inspection and port redirection.
• Domain Security : Complete user managment with Active Directory groups and policies.
• File Servers : Servers for their Point-of-Sales system and internal work files.
• Internet Servers : Web and Email servers.
• Backup Systems : FourthFactor's custom backup system using inexpensive, off-the-shelf, hard-drives.
• Workstations : Setup and deployment of user workstations.
• Server Virtualization : Using VMWare's state-of-the-art server virtualization we reduced the server hardware requirements while increasing their disaster recovery protection
