J. Alexander's needed a simple to use, easy to navigate, gift card system for their customers to purchase cards online. Since the only options when purchasing were who the card was for and for what value, the online store needed to be simple and efficient.

We developed a clean interface that enabled customers to quickly purchase multiple gift cards in a single transaction. The system uses familiar eCommerce procedures to add to the ease of purchasing.

Unlike many simple systems we've seen developed for clients that simply email the receipt to the client, our system has a complete tracking, processing and shipping system. Orders are saved in an online database where representatives from J. Alexander's are able to process orders and queue them for shipping with an automated system via UPS.
