In-depth Registration System Administrative Tools

Every year Hilton Head, SC is host to the Concours d'Elegance car show. Events such as this seem simple on the surface but there is a hidden complexity in almost every aspect of the event. Vehicle registration, the backbone of the event, is very detailed. Some of the information event planners need is general information about each vehicle and its history, images for publications and displays, and how and when the car will arrive.

We developed an easy to use registration system for vehicle exhibitors. They can add multiple vehicles and register the individuals displaying the vehicles they are showing.

The purpose of pre-registering for an event is to allow event planners to be prepared. Accordingly, the admistrative tools we developed are crucial to the success of the registration process. Our tools allow event staff to edit registration information, create new registration manually, and export exhibitor reports to Excel.
